I am so, so excited to announce the release of a new single - "You're Right." The song was begun in a tiny room in Reykjavik and took over a year to finish. The song captures how I felt at the time; stubborn, but unsure - caught in the balance between confidence in the face of adversity, and understanding when it's time to accept a loss. The song will be released on Spotify, iTunes, Bandcamp, and everywhere else on September 8th, but you'll get a special sneak peek for being on the email list on September 1st ;)
We will be celebrating the release September 8th at the Walnut Room in Denver with a full string quintet! This show is guaranteed to be the best performance Morning Bear has put on yet. For those who won't be able to attend, we will be filming it and I'll of course share the videos once they are finished.
After the release, I'll be touring with my brother Mike across the Western US and Europe. You can check out the tour dates at this link! More dates TBA as well. Some of the US cities included are: Albuquerque, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Portland. Some of the countries we'll be stopping through in October/November include France, Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands, Denmark, Iceland and The UK. I hope to see you as we pass through.
